I am a musician who was a cook in 3 star restaurants for a good 5 years. I love to grill, but when it is cold I have no problems stepping behind the stove. I am the lone cook in the house. My wife tries to learn, but... well, she tries to learn. Nuff said. Steak!!! I love grilling a good steak. If you need steak sauce... I didn't cook it right. Seafood is another I love to cook. Nothing beats Mahi Mahi grilled to perfection! Also, speghetti is another. When I have the time, I love making speghetti sauce from scratch. Hamburger & hotdog summer grill outs! All holidays. My Grandmother kicks my butt when it comes to good, down-home cookin'! Homemade speghetti sauce, Mushroom chicken with angel hair pasta and Pear brazed pork tenderloin. I am still trying to get my timing down with my side dishes. A lot of the time the sides are almost cold by the time the main dish is ready.
