BC Cherry Jam
I used the fresh picked cherries we had just brought back from B.C. and this recipe totally didn't work for me. It's more a syrup than a jam and while it tastes great on pancakes, is not what I was hoping for in a jam recipe.

Hazelnut Chiffon Cake
Very nice cake with great hazelnut flavor. I may have overmixed as mine came out about halfway between a chiffon cake and a pound cake. Definitley something different than your average yellow batter cake. I split the layers in half and layered them with crisp cinnamon meringue layers. The mocha icing made it something like a cinnamon dolce latte from Starbucks. :o) Yum!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Kinda disappointed after all the reviews. Was hoping for 'big fat' cookies and these just spread out into 'big flat' cookies instead even with refrigerating and using parchment paper to try and keep them from spreading. Thay had good flavor, just not what I was hoping for.
