Cheesy Creamed Spinach Casserole
i did change this up a bit...used 8 oz of cream cheese instead due to being out of sour cream. then added italian seasoning, garlic salt, 1/2 cup real bacon bits, then added 2 cups of egg noodles, topped it off with french fried onions...yummm. it was great!! i did cover it so that the cheese would not burn

Onion Pasta
i love this recipe. very easy. i have made it several times now. my family loves it and so do i! i have added things sometimes and sometimes i dont. it tastes great everytime though!

Southwestern Black Bean Stew
i thought this was very good actually. very simple and different. i did not make it in a slow cooker. i just cooked it on the stove. i will definately eat this again.
