I started my cooking , baking cookies with my mom and i gradually went in to the kingdom of cooking world and started collecting cook books, asking for recipes and then started making my own iventions. I love trying new recipes and things that soots my taste.I think if one has good taste he can make many things out of few things or alter old things and make it delicious. I am linked to the Nawab family of Dhaka ,Bangladesh. Nawabs love rich food full of ghee, butter, cream saffron, rose water and almonds.I think all that we call no nos now adays. They were great inventers in cooking and I think i got that part of the genes. Many I'm sure all cooks have tragedies, one learns from their mistakes.I'm proud to have had them because it make man better day by day as long as you don't do them when guests r coming in.
