OREO(R) and Fudge Ice Cream Cake

This recipe was excellent! I made it for a family gathering and all the kids asked if I could make it for their next birthday. I doubled the recipe and made it in a 9x13. It's a definite do-again!

Italian Easter Cookies

This is a great recipe. It's very close to the recipe my great grandmother used to make. I substitue the almond extract with lemon extract (in the cookie batter and the glaze) to give the cookies a lemon flavor. Everyone loves them!
