Chantal's New York Cheesecake
I baked this for my office's annual New Year's Eve luncheon (with a Bing Cherry topping) - it went FAST! My pal, who loves cheesecake, gave me her personal "thumbs up," which means it's TERRIFIC!!!
I added a touch of lemon juice, wrapped the pan in aluminum foil, and put the bain marie on a lower rack...no cracks whatsoever. Perfect! I will definitely make this many times in the future.
