Love this! I knew I had most ingredients on hand, but did change slightly to try to reduce calories a bit. I browned the noodles and walnuts in Pam butter flavored spray, and instead of sugar, I used two packets of Splenda. I didn't have green onions, so used red onion. Great recipe, and very easy! (Just watch the noodle/walnut mixture, and stir often - it'll burn fast!)
