Fruit Pizza I
I expected a lot from this recipe because of the five stars, but when I tried them I was terribly disappointed. The sweetness of the cookie crust and the cream cheese mixture overpowered the fruits, which were already very sweet. With a fruit pizza, in my opinion, the sweetness should come from the fruit with a pie-like, more salty crust that contrasts the fruit. I ended up making a pie crust and using whipped cream in place of the cream cheese mixture, then I just took the fruit from the first pizza, cleaned off the cream cheese, and added it to the new one. It tasted much more crisp and fresh. My younger brothers preferred the overpoweringly sweet first version but I think a more mature taste will prefer a crisper, fresher taste. Don't waste perfectly good fruit on this recipe; I don't plan to again.

No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies III
I love this cookie! It's so simple to make but is so delicious! I tried it once the way the recipe said and they turned out great, then I tried again and substituted rice crispies for the oatmeal and it turned out even better! Thanks!

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies
The dough was very sticky, so much that I had to spray the fork every time I pressed the cookies. I followed another person's advice and put the cookies on the top rack of the oven but they still came out burned on the bottom, don't know if that's the fault of the recipe, the oven, or the pan. I usually like crisper cookies and these turned out a little too soft for my taste, but as some people prefer soft cookies, it's still a good recipe. I probably won't try it again though.
