Mexican Bean Salad
Amazing! I took the advice of others and cut the oil, vinegar, sugar and salt each by half. Also left out cilantro and added jalapeno, due to personal preference. Excellent recipe that is easy to prepare and can be enjoyed instantly. Definitely a keeper! Try it--you will not be disappointed.
