I have been in culinary school part time the last 2 years. I absolutly LOVE it. I have always enjoyed cooking and I am loving it even more now. My first big meal I cooked was Thanksgiving dinner. It was the first time I had ever cooked or hosted Thanksgiving Dinner. Not only did I host it. I hosted it for 32 people, cooking one one regualr stove and one oven. I roasted 2 birds. had 2 kids of stuffing and all the accompaints. I got all the food on the table at the same time for a family style setting. Everyone loved the food and I was even toasted after the dinner. I was so proud of myself. I owe a LOT of thanks to the Chef's as school for all the techniques I have learned.
