I love to cook and I love learning new techniques, Desserts are my favorite to cook, but that is probably because I get to eat them afterwards! I finally learned how to cook the PERFECT cake. You can't cook it all the way, when you insert the toothpick in the center some batter has to come out on it. It makes for the moistest cake in the world! There has been so many, but I learn something new every time!
