Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
This recipie was DELICIOUS!!! I am from the Chicago area but I live in Baton Rouge, LA. Now I love my new home, but you cannot find a decent italian beef sandwich anywhere down here! The only issue is the meat was a little too salty for me (and I love salt). Next time I will use onion powder instead of onion salt. Also, making the sandwich with mozzarella cheese help cut back on the saltiness. But all in all, I will definately be making this one again!

Beef Pot Roast
I would give this one a 4.5 if I could. The searing of the meat was a great tip! I added some celery to my version of this recipie and used garlic powder in leiu of actual garlic and it waws delicious! I've never had such a juicy roast in my life! Thank you

Onion Rice Pilaf
This was a great side dish! Simple to make and FULL of flavor! I and, more importantly, my fiance both loved it! Just be careful with the liquid...if you don't add enough, it can get pretty dry.
