Three Cheese Manicotti
Really good. I have used both in manicotti pasta shells and in jumbo shells which I like best-easier to fill. I use italian bread crumbs and garlic salt, fresh basil, thyme and parsley from my garden-always turns out wonderful-I only cook for 30min so my shells don't get overcooked/crispy. Thanks

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic
I used this recipe on Thanksgiving for the first time and then several times since-very good and rich. I omit the pecans-not a nut fan. and put in ramkins with mini-mellows on top and brown with my torch. Presentation is great. Thanks

Irish Cream Truffle Fudge
All I have to say to all those who have dissed this recipe-boo hoo, I have made several times and one of the times didn't turn out very good but it was MY FAULT! It's all about trial and error in cooking and knowing when its the recipe or the chef. I love this recipe it sets up well and my guests love it too. Thanks
