Baked Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Style

Awesome! Used chicken bouillon because I didn't have vegetable, and I substituted diced canned tomatoes because I didn't have stewed. I will certianly make this again. It is lovely with a side salad as dinner for two.

Delicious! I followed the advice of others and left of the majority of the sugar/cinnamon topping, and it was so good I'm making another batch while the first is cooling. Yummy.

Yummy Bok Choy Salad

Awesome salad. It's perfect for a pot luck, or just for dinner alone. Yummy! I added some canned mandarins, and it gave it some color. But This is a perfect recipe as is!!

Spinach Pomegranate Salad

As the other reviewers said, this is EASY and DELICIOUS. We didn't have the nuts, so I omitted them. I also did as suggested and whipped up a quick balsamic vinegar/ honey dressing with canola oil. Do try this recipe.

Gourmet White Pizza

Awesome pizza that can be adapted to suit what you have on hand- or specific tastes. We used sundrieds instead of pesto, and it came out fabulous. I will make this again and agian.
