Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

This recipe is not only delicious, but easy!!! I do not taste the cream cheese, I taste the parmesean. It is sooo good! Everyone loved it! Thanks for the great recipe.

Chicken With Mushrooms

This was really good. I did add cream of mushroom soup to the chicken broth and I nused provolone cheese because it is what I had on hand. I also sauted the mushrooms before adding to the dish. I served it over brown rice. It was yummy. Even my 3 year old liked it.

Banana Banana Bread

This is by far the best banana bread recipe I have used. It is moist and very flavorful. Sometimes I add a 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips (my kids love it). This recipe doesn't need any modifications.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

I do not eat Mac and Cheese, but I was asked to make it for a party at work. Everyone raved about it. My husband loved it. It must have been great because I made a double batch and it was gone before the first round of people ate. I did add 1 cup of milk like suggested and I only put 1/2 the suggested breadcrumb topping on it.

Garlic Prime Rib

This was AWESOME!!!!! I have never made a prime rib before, but I made it for Christmas Dinner. It was a HUGE hit! I will definately use this recipe every time that I cook a Prime Rib from now on.

Creamy Beef Stroganoff

I am Very impressed! I DO NOT like stroganoff at all. I made it for my husband who loves it. I added onions, 2 cloves of garlic and 2 cups of fresh mushrooms. I also seasoned it with season salt and paprkia. I must tell you that even though I hate stroganoff, this was AWESOME!

Famous Chicken Adobo

WOW!!! YUM!!I did use some of the suggestions like using 1c of water,vinegar, and soysauce. I also added 1tbs of brown sugar. It is VERY tangy, and I LOVE it!

Beef Tips

This was good, but instead of using brown gravy mix, I waited until the water soysauce mixture reduced by about half, then I mixed in 1/2 cup water with 2 tbs of cornstarch. This ended up great.
