About this Cook
Hi there, I'm actually 14 years old and I do cooking for 3 years now (more or less). I speak German, Latin (more passive), English (very good), Spanish (I'm learning it), and I got Knowleges in many other european languages. My hobbies are sailing, rowing, cooking, doing something with freinds and others.
My favorite things to cook
I love Asian cuisine (most South-East-Asian and Japanese), but also Meditaranian, French (I'm living near the french border) and Mix-up/Fusion-cuisine. But I also like my mothercountry's cuisine (German) and I'm interested in Cajun (Maybe you ain't believe it, but it's not that secret anymore, whenn you know a lot about french cuisine), and a lot of others and I'm seafood-mad
My favorite family cooking traditions
Meditarnian (though we're all Germans, with no foreign roots)m, Frenhc (the border's influence), Badish cuisine (it's my region, in that I live in Germany)and this and that
My cooking triumphs
hm what are my triumphs (because there are a lot of them)? Well, my stir-fries are very good, and I'm well known for my risottos, that keep a special consistence, without using diary. Well my seafood recipes and a lot of others
My cooking tragedies
oh, well, everywhere that is a light, it has to be a shadow to, these are my shadows/dark moments of cooking: a cake that was still fluid in the inside, as it was taken out of the oven, but I can't remember to other things and I'm not lying to you.
