Vegan Chocolate Cake

I doubled this recipe so I could use a 9x13 pan, I also doubled the amount of cocoa powder used. It was very very good, nice & moist. A perfect chocolate cake recipe.

Lighter Banana Muffins

These were good, the kiddo's gobbled them up, I did as others suggested and add applesauce, & cut the sugar down to 1/2c. I also added some wheat germ, & ground flax to boost the nutrition. Thanks

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

These took forever to bake, I used a 9x13 pan like it said, I am hopeless at making brownies, they were really yummy though the tops were a little to crispy. I may try making them again in a different pan, thanks.

Moist and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

This is the only PB cookie recipe you will ever need, it is that good! I added 1t. vanilla as some one else suggested. I used a small scoop to make little cookies and then put a pb frosting between to cookies for a cute dessert. Thanks for an amazing recipe! :)

Chocolate Fudge Buttercream Frosting

This was pretty good, I was hoping it would be a little darker and thicker. Next time I will add a dark chocolate topping and a bit more Powdered sugar to get a thicker consistancy. Thanks

Hot Cocoa Mix

I really dislike the aftertaste of powdered milk, so I used powdered vanilla creamer to replace the milk, also I doubled the amount of baking cocoa to get a richer flavor. Then I added powdered peppermint to half of the mix, yum. I really like the added pudding mix in this, made a great texture. Thanks :)

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

My family really liked this, I mixed up my patties the day before.I did not use an egg, I don't like adding it to my meat, I used a 1/4c. water instead & that worked great. Thanks for the great recipe! :)
