Hi! I never cooked before I moved to the USA. I lived in Chile and was lucky enough to had a great cook working at my home while I was at the office. I fell in love with an American guy and everything changed. I felt ashamed... being thirtysomething and knowing only to make sandwiches! I started to cook following book recipes... and I discovered that I love to cook! Maybe because I love to eat... Well... I am always looking for tasty, healthy and low calorie food. My own tradition is not very long... but my german family makes me prone to baking. My problem is nothing compares to what my Grandmother used to bake. I am trying to get her recipes with my mother and my aunts.
