Shrimp Surprise Spread

Lemon-Butter Snow Peas
These are great! I made them last Christmas as a side dish, and a few times since for me and my husband. I just wish snow peas weren't so expensive here!

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts
Made this for a Christmas Day appetizer last year. It wasn't bad, but I think I prefer a hot spinach dip. I usually love water chestnuts in dishes, but didn't like them in this dip.
