About this Cook
Hi I'm Christina. I am 21 and I have a little girl who is a beautiful 1 year old. I love cooking it has to be my most favorite hobby/obsession that I haven't actually dropped lol.
My favorite things to cook
My favorite things to cook is Mexican food. I love spicy food and anything with Jalapenoes, Onions or Bell Peppers I will love. I also like to take a stab at Chinese. I do cook 1 Korean dish but that's just because I have Korean cousins and I learned it from them so I have been really interested in finding and cooking more Korean dishes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Don't really know how to answer that one.. Don't really have any.. I like food, so I cook food, then I eat food, then I get REALLY fat. That's my tradition *hehe*

Asian Fire Meat
This was amazing! I have always known this as bulgogi. I have korean cousins who taught me how to make bulgogi and always guessed at the amount of ingredients each time but this was perfect! You took all the wory out of it for me to finally measure it all out. Though I did do just a couple things different which are also different from my own bulgogi recipe. I have never cooked with leeks or even handled them before and didnt know what to do with it when I saw it so I bought 1 each of red, yellow & orange bell peppers ( to match with the whole title of *fire* meat ) and I searched forever in walmart to find the red pepper flakes even asked someone to help me and no one could find them so I tried using crushed red pepper and sprinkled in some ground red pepper. Didnt care for the twang of the crushed and the more intense heat it packed in so hopefully when I can find the red pepper flakes it will be just right in that sense. It was a pleasant and wonderful surprise how great it was. My mother whose such a picky eater when it comes to asian food loved it instantly and told me no more take out she wants this from now on. Thank you for such a wonderful recipe!! God Bless

Elegant Scalloped Potatoes
If I was rating this myself I would give it a 1 no offense but I hated it BUT my boyfriend rated it an 8 out of a 1-10 and my step-dad liked them to. So, I think it's just a preference of taste. Thanks for the recipe though.

Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Rice
I liked it. It tasted like regular country cooking that I've had before dont remember when though maybe when I was younger but my boyfriend and step-dad didn't care for it
