Beezie's Black Bean Soup
I really like this recipe. It's cheap, healthy and good. I have made it multiple times exactly as the recipe states. I cook it in the crockpot and puree it a bit with a stick blender for a few seconds.

Easy Chicken Taco Filling
This recipe is a starter. You must add seasoning and spices to make it a "taco", otherwise it just cooked chicken and veggies. Definitely needs taco seasoning, or cumin, garlic, paprika and some chili powder.

Bacon 'n' Egg Salad Sandwiches
Good, but the recipe calls for too much salt. I would start with half the amount and add more if you need it.
