Taco Pie
This recipe was really good. I did make a couple of changes, and plan on making it again with a couple more changes. I added a layer of refried beans first before adding the taco meat. The next time I am going to make cheese dip to pour over instead of shredded cheese because I thought it was a bit dry, but it was still very very good. My kids even loved it. I put some salsa verde over it, yummy. Thanks for the great recipe!
