Turkey Loaf

Incredibly bland. Having read reviews I added a little BBQ sauce a touch of olive oil and a touch of allspice.I even stuffed the centre with sage and onion stuffing. The result was sad with hardly any flavour.I will now mix up whats left add LOADS of spices and fry up into burgers and see how that works. I do not suggest you bother with this recipe.

Sausage Potato Medley

Very bland, needs spicing up I added garlic and Worcester sauce but it needs even more

Italian Style Pork Chops

I do not understand all these good ratings.Made up chops strictly to this recipe..the parmesan added an acid background and chops were not really moist. Maybe better if cooked at lower temp.
