Vegetarian Korma

Delicious,definitely reduce the curry powder and add the tumeric,garam marsala etc as others suggest.A very tasty meal served over rice.

Lemon Loaf Cake

Good, easy recipe,Ihad no sour cream so subbed with milk,doubled lemon peel but think more lemon flavouring would be good. Baking time in a loaf pan took lot longer.

Southern Banana Pudding

Tasty pudding, do not see the point of the wafers which add nothing of benefit at all we actually ate around them and left them for waste. Next time no wafers.Otherwise good flavour.
