Cheddar Biscuits

Very tastey, but took advice and a little change from other reviewers. I didn't use garlic salt or parsley with the melted butter. I used garlic powder in it's place & mixed the parsley in with the batter. I would suggest more garlic in the mix the next time I make these. But hubby liked them very much and ate 4 of them with his chowder.

Carnation® Caramel Sauce

Yummy sauce, once I stopped burning batches. Took 3x to get it right. But if course you have to pay close attention to it. I'd make it again.

Corned Beef Hash

I had never eaten it before. DH just loved said it was what he remembered in the 1st years of being in the Army. I enjoyed it, followed recipe, very simple and easy, getting the corn beef out of the can was another story.

Amish White Bread

I tried this recipe the way it is written, well--opps on my part the 1st was with all-purpose flour was okay but dense. My mistake. Then 2nd time with the bread flour---just perfect, light and sweet. Also made a 3rd batch in the same day, and took the suggestion from breadguy to use only 2 tablspoons of sugar and tasted wonderful as well like a white yeasted bread. Totally satisfied with the recipe and WILL make this again. 2 thumbs up from the rest of the family. Thank you.

Greek Chicken Stew (Stifado)

This dish was awesome. Chicken was tender, the shallots melted in your mouth, the flavors were warm and inviting. Easy to make, I used 5 chicken breasts in this dish and served with white rice, poured the yummy broth from this over the rice. I got RAVE reviews from my whole family even from the pickiest child. Thanks soo much Gracey for this recipe will make this again.

Chinese Napa Cabbage Salad

A friend I worked with brought this years ago, LOVED it. But she called it Stinky Salad. She moved and I never got the recipe. This is it!!! Love the flavor, the crunch & the texture. Brings back fond memories of myself and co-workers bringing dishes to work and enjoying each others food. It was a great way to bond with each other.
