Magic Peanut Butter Middles
I used regular crisco veg. shortening (was out of butter) and added 1 Tbsp water as suggested. YUM!

Savory Roasted Chicken
Yummmm. I used olive oil since I didn't have canola, and added minced garlic and olive oil to the rub. Delicious.
