My cooking triumphs
I attempted a mashed yams dish for my first Thanksgiving which had an almond cruster brown sugar and butter topping. I added marshmellows for extra oomph! It turned out great and was a hit. Just mash yams like you would for mashed potatoes and add nutmeg, butter. Put in 9x13 glass dish and cover with butter (room temp)/brown sugar crumble. Bake @ 400 degrees F for 20-30 minutes.

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Great recipe. They were chewy and very hearty cookies. Great for milk dipping. I added walnuts and extra peanut butter. I used an ice cream scoop (1/2 filled) to gauge the size. It made so many cookies and they all looked uniform. Yum yum!!

Best Lemonade Ever
Good lemonade! These made great Arnold Palmers with some tea I had in the fridge. I only used 6 lemons and noticed this was just enough!

Cheese Ravioli with Veggies
Great little easy dish!! Loved the frozen veggies part. I was skeptical at first but they were great! I would sautee the veggies first though and I added a little garlic salt and pepper. Great for when you need a fast dinner!
