Sweet Fried Summer Squash

I grew up in the south and this was a summer staple for us. My favorite way to do it is to use dry pancake mix instead of the flour. It adds a little extra sweetness without being overpowering.

Three Cheese Noodle Bake

It was pretty good but not great. The additional salt made it a little too salty because of the cottage cheese. I also like my food to look good and not just taste good. The cottage cheese made it look a little gross.
