Oregon Salmon Patties
Exceptional!!!! Will definitely make these again and again. Added some Old Bay seasoning and used ritz crackers. Other than that, followed recipe. Husband really liked these salmon patties.

Honeyed Pork Chops
EXCELLENT!!! Added some garlic. Otherwise, followed recipe exact. Generally I am not a fan of soy sauce. However, loved the sauce and the pork was tender. Husband liked it too. Will definitely make again and again

Beef Sirloin Tip Roast
Followed recipe exact. The roast was very good. The gravy was excellent! Will make again.
