Chocolate Eclair Dessert
This a very easy and quick recipe. However, in my books I don't really consider it to be home-made. But when you make it everyone will RAVE about it and your dish will always come home EMPTY! I took the advise of other users and used french vanilla pudding and I used the chocolate sauce recipe from Bayschick. THE CHOCOLATE SAUCE IS A MUST, it really makes the dessert. Chocolate Sauce Recipe: originally submitted by BaysChick (Thanks so much!): Mix 1/3 cup cocoa, 1 cup sugar in sauce pan. Add 1 teasp vanilla, 1 stick butter, 1/4 cup milk. Boil for 1 minute, then set aside to cool. I GAVE THE RECIPE A 5 STAR BECAUSE EVERYONE LOVES THE DESSERT! THANKS FOR SHARING THE RECIPE.
