Ok, so bought one of those expensive bread machines two weeks ago. I have tried every white bread recipe under the sun, but now I will stop. This bread is so good. Just made it and have to keep the kids away!

Chewy Oatmeal Cookies I

Good only because I messed up the cookie dough. Exchanged dark brown sugar for light also forgot the apple sauce. What the result was a craspy chewy cookie. So good!!

Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake I

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Cinnamon Raisin Bread I

I can make cinnamon bread! Thank you for the recipe. I left out the raisins and it came out good. Next time I will add more cinnamon and sugar.

Baked Ziti I

I made this tonight for 150 people. The only thing I did different is I used cut up premade meatballs,no onion,and I used a mozz-prov shredded blend cheese. It was AWESOME!! They all want me to make it again. Thank you!

Bread Pudding II

I made cinnamon swirl bread and I had a loaf left over from two days ago, so I cut it up and use it. I did make a double batch of this recipe and it all fit into a 9X13 pan. SO GOOD!!! Thanks :)

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

These were great. I made them with my eight year old. He did all the work. Ours turned out to be, like really good peanut butter cookies. Totally worth the time on a cold New England day.

Frosted Banana Bars

Woo-Hoo! This recipe rocks! All my family loved the bars. Just a note DO NOT over cook these bars,keep an eye on them. I frosted half and left half plain which were really good.Thank you.

Peach Cobbler VI

Really good! I would rather use fresh peaches when they are in season but since it is winter I had to use canned. The crust or cobbler part was like sugar cookies. Kids really liked the peach cookie.

Buttermilk Pancakes II

Great Pancakes!! Very important to let buttermilk,eggs,and milk come to room tempature. Then DO NOT over mix it should be lumpy. Thank you for the recipe.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

Needed a corn bread recipe for chili and found this one. Sooo easy my six year old made it with me. You do have to be careful not to cook the eggs in the pan. It came out moist and sweet. Whole family loved it!!! Thank you:)

Mom's Turkey Sausage Patties

I used one pound of ground turkey but with the same amount of seasoning. I did notice that you have to make the patties medium to thin thickness. I also added a little canola oil during frying. To really blend the seasoning into the turkey I put in the food processor. Otherwise my non-suspecting husband and kids loved them!!! SOOO much healthier than pork. :)

Banana Crumb Muffins

Just had one these hot with butter from the oven. Delish!!! I did not put crumb topping on and still turned out great. Followed directions to the tee.
