Quick Quiche
We substituted ham for bacon and added some spinach. The second time around we prepared it in a premade crust. Fabulous both times.

Easy Alfredo Sauce II
This couldn't be easier. I was looking for a "bland" sauce to cover various pasta for my 3 year old. She's not a fan of parmesean so I used 1/4 cup parm and 1/2 mozzerella. It was so good, the whole family liked it and it was "bland" enough for her.
