Texas Stuffed Grilled Burgers
They were pretty good as far as flavor goes - but being that it was too windy outside to turn on the grill, I used my indoor electric grill; it was a greasy. No matter what temperature I put it at, the outside always burned before the inside was done. Much of it was probably because of the lack of a real grill, but I don't think that I want to find out.

Chocolate Truffle Cookies
Mmm, definitely my kind of cookie; lots of chocolate! I didn't have any chocolate chips (which I didn't realize until I'd already started making them) so I used 8 additional baking squares instead. I also added a Tbs. of cocoa and chopped hazelnuts. My family gobbled them up the second they hit the cooling racks. :-)

Quick Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
I give this recipe 4 1/2 stars (wasn't an option)! They were DELICIOUS. The only thing that I believe I did wrong was bake a couple of batches for too long. They will NOT look like they are done when they are actually ready to come out. 9 minutes seemed to do the trick. It's important not to over bake them because they will become rather hard once they have set. I am going to try this recipe again with different kinds of cake mix as well... YUMMY!
