I am married and have 4 kids ALL BOYS, right now they are all young. I just retired (after 14 years) as a bakery manager for Publix Supermarkets (a major chain in the southeast). I am a new student at The Art Institute of Tampa, in their culinary program. Other than cooking I love watching sports (football & hockey) and running around the yard or going to the pool with the kids. Go Bolts!!! I love to cook foods for large groups. Either family gatherings or having friends over for a party or sporting event. I also enjoy decorating wedding & other "center piece" cakes! It's got to be the holidays starting with Grandma's turkey at Thanksgiving all the way through my father's anti-pasta on New Years Day (his birthday) I recently did all the food for my mother's surprise birthday party, that included appetizers, an anti-pasta, lasagna, and I baked and decorated a carrot cake. I accomplished all of this in 6 hours (using 2 kitchens) and kept it on the down low! I have had my share of learning experiences, and I'll leave it at that.
