Oatmeal Pancakes II
Great recipe!!! Just made a couple of changes per our preference. Like other reviewers, I substituted whole wheat for all purpose flour. I also used honey instead of sugar, skim milk instead of buttermilk and applesauce instead of oil. I also added about 1/2 cup of chopped nuts. I mixed everything in the blender. I added the baking soda and the powder after everything was mixed for 1-2 minutes. These pancakes cook really fast and were very tasty! Thanks again!
