Potato, Broccoli and Cheese Soup
Great comfort food. I would recommend using the less sodium chicken stock - it was a bit too salty.

Ground Beef Stroganoff
Too much pasta and not enough sauce. Beef stroganoff was not meant to be made with ground beef. Next time do it right and use the good ingredients.

Stuffed Cubanelle Peppers
Peppers were too small to stuff so I just threw it all together in a glass dish. My husband said it tasted a lot like a sloppy joe. It is a good dinner to make ahead of time and toss in the oven, the ingredients aren't too hard to come by either.
