Greek Pasta Salad
Very good recipe! I wanted to make enough for a party, so I used twice as much pasta but kept the other amounts the same. Yum! Great dressing!

Carrot Cake III
I made this for my husband's birthday cake. He always asks for carrot cake. Everyone loved it! I substituted half the white sugar for brown sugar, added a little pumpkin pie spice, and added one can of crushed pineapple (squeezed out the juice). It was so moist! Please note that you should really make sure the cake is cooked in the centre before you remove it from the oven. I had to bake mine for an hour before it was completely set... but still very moist! Also, this is way too much frosting... I froze some (it's too good to throw away).

Guacamole
This was so delicious! I made it the night before a party and it was so good! Everyone loved it. People were putting it on more than just the chips!
