I made these twice in the week following receiving the recipe! The have been a great hit both times. I had issues with them sticking to the pan though -=/. I tried more oil and I tried using foil...still having issues. They taste great though! A great fried alternative!

Meatball Sandwich

I have made this five times now and every person who has tried them has loved them. They are very simple to put together and it doesn't take long at all. I add an additional sprinkle of italian seasoning sometimes but the recipe is great as is!

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

I have made this five times now very easy and I get compliments and requests to make it every time. I tried make it with corn tortillas but really do prefer the flour which was not what I expected. Highly recommended!~
