Fast and Easy Tofu Lo-Mein

Soo good and such a good idea, duh I should have thought of this. I used chicken rather than tofu and marinated it. I also added Chili garlic sauce for some heat and it was delicious! a new favorite and pretty inexpensive! I will be making this again numerous times throughout the rest of my life.

Coconut Curry Tofu

Sauteed the tofu after draining it for a bit, it was really good, really tasty. The 2 tsp of chili paste is pretty hot, so beware if feeding the little ones

Sweet and Sour Smoked Sausage

So good, I made my own s&s sauce per another reviewer. I will definitley be adding this to my quickie dinner arsenal.
