Baked Tomatoes Oregano
I was pleasantly surprised with these. I didn’t have fresh parsley so I just used flakes. I also used Italian bread crumbs. I will be making these again.

Tomato Vodka Sauce
I was expecting this to be like the local restaurants here in town, which I love! Well it was a disappointment. To me it was to sour tasting. It was not sweet enough or creamy enough.

Stuffed Green Peppers I
This was an ok recipe. I was not too thrilled with the tomato soup. I am just used to ragu I guess. Also you need to boil the peppers longer, it says to boil for 5 min. I did 6 and they were still a bit hard. Next time I may just follow this recipe and use ragu instead.
