Chocolate Earl Grey Cookies
This is a new favorite in my house. I made these with Republic of Teas Vanilla Almond black tea and a 1/2 tsp of almond extract. They were moist and delious. I made a double batch and froze half, the frozen half tasted just as good and moist after thawed.

Sugar and Spice Muffins
I added a little more nutmeg and some cinnamon to the recipe, but its still a bit bland. Not bad with a cup of tea, but couldn't stand on its own as a breakfast item.

Italian Biscotti
Everyone loves my biscotti! I added chocolate chunks and almond slivers and they are a hit in my house.
