Baked Beef Stew
I didn't have tapioca so I substituted cornstach instead. I also added frozen peas, frozen broccoli florets, and frozen green beans I had hanging around in my freezer.In addition to the 1 cup of water I also added 1 cup of V-8 type vegetable juice, which added to the liquid (gravy?) content and the flavor. It came out perfect. This is now my husbands #1 favorite!! Mine too, for that matter...
