I love seafood but sadley we live in Arkansas so its a treat to acually get good seafood. I love Thanksgiving and Christmas food. They are my favorite because of all the food that we have. I plan on having these holidays celebrated at my house...when we get a house! Anything easy; shrimp, steak, side dishes. I made some awsome lobster shrimp bisque....and it was awsome! I tend to change the recipe when I first try to make it. This led to lemon-lemon-lemon chicken...had to choke that one down. Tip...when the recipe says only a tablespoon only put a tablespoon! :)
