Baked Pork Chops I
I saw the rating on this one and though t this would be great to try..... my husband took one bite and looked at me with those eyes that said"please dont make me eat this." I then tasted it and grabbed hold of his dish told him he didnt have to eat it and then I stuck a frozen dinner in the oven. This was truly not good.... too much wine and the mushroom soup made it very salty.

Sukhothai Pad Thai
This recipe was good but next time I will make a few changes. Things that would have made this dish 5 stars....Spice: 1/2 tbsp of red pepper flakes. Garlic: add about 2 more cloves of garlic. Cook tofu with garlic for several minutes..... giving tofu more flavor. 1/2 tsp more of salt. Cook everything in the sauce for several minutes before adding noodles. Also, before placing noodles in water, add 1/2 tsp. of salt to the water.

Curried Coconut Chicken
This was absolutely amazing. My bf LOOOOOOOOVED IT!!!!! A definite MUST for everyone to try. The taste, the texture of the chicken it was perfect. I actually added stewed tomatoes (not diced) the tomatoes picked up and absorbed all the delicious sauce. I also added a tbsp. of red pepper flakes to make it a bit spicy. Wow! It was truly fantastic. Tonight I am making 12 servings and taking it to a little family get together.
