Grilling is one of my favorite things. I love red meat and veggies on the grill. I also love to make X-mas cookies and decorate them with My 4 year old. I love to bake cakes. Triple Chocolate Toffee cake and Carrot cake are my faves. THANKSGIVING DINNER!!! I am a cooking HOG. I take over everything and love to make it my way. I make my family traditions with my own twist, Bread and rice- Thanksgiving stuffing and Spinach pie. My First Turkey ever 2 years ago, I tried a brine. Amazing turkey. Everyone got a good laugh when making soup and found gizzards still stuck in the neck of the bird. **I have helped cater parties for 100 and more people and also a wedding.I love the rush and having people tell me how much they enjoy my cooking. ***I have been working on vegetarian cakes they have been coming out great. Over cooking our Christmas Dinner 13 lb prime rib. (i will never take advice over cooking temp and times again) Very sad day :(
