Strawberry Milkshake Supreme
Rich, creamy and sweet! I used 7 frozen strawberries as they are out of season right now. I also used Splenda to cut down some calories. This milkshake was plenty thick for me. Not sure how others came out too runny, except maybe try frozen strawberries next time.

Cappuccino in a Jar
This was the best tasting cappuccino I've ever had! So very versatile also. I used instant vanilla coffee, sugar caramel creamer and splenda. Also used no sugar added chocolate mix and it tasted wonderful. I LOVE anything sweet tasting and this fit the bill perfectly. Better than any gourmet cappucino I've had and MUCH cheaper. Thank you so much for the recipe.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I
Well, I don't usually like oatmeal cookies, but because of all the rave reviews I decided to try this recipe. Needless to say I am now an oatmeal cookie fan. These were absolutely delightful! I added 1 tsp. vanilla and used 3/4 cup shortening and 1/4 stick butter to help the cookies spread a bit better, but other than that, didn't change a thing! Thank you for turning me into an oatmeal fan!!
