Sweet and Sour Sauce II
Excellent! At the last moment, we made grilled shrimp, and with no sauce available, I found this. I had to use tomato sauce instead of paste because that is what I had on hand. This came out as exactly what I wanted!

Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze
Excellent! Without a roasting bag, I used a roasting pan with lid. I also used yellow mustard for lack of dijon. I never would have come of with the ingredient combination on my own. Thanks!

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce
Great recipe! I did follow other suggestions and sauteed some mushrooms and onions with garlic in olive oil first and then added it back in when the chicken was browned.
