Cheddar Baked Chicken

omitted the cereal because i didnt have any. The chicken came out crispy on the outside with lots of flavor, and moist on the inside. Instead of cutting in half I pounded the chicken enough to even it out. Loved it, will make it again.

This is really a nice side dish, I added turmeric powder and juice of 1 small lime. The lime juice is what made it good. I will used leftovers for burritos tomorrow.

Mediterranean Puff Pastry Chicken

I didn't marinade, didn't have the time. It came out great! I forgot the pesto to, I was in a hurry, made this so quickly it was nice and easy. Used only 1 chicken breast, cut it in half so it was thinner, then again the other way so i had 4 smaller pieces. I made 4 smaller sized puffs. Served with steamed veggies. yummy, will make again.

cut the recipe in half, used 2 cups of chicken broth and no sherry or water. love the parmesian cheese on top, i used shredded parm instead of grated. also good with a shake of red pepper flakes.

Chicken Marsala Florentine

I chopped the chicken into pieces before cooking, left out the spinach, used 3/4 marsala, and 1 cup of chicken broth, only used 1 tbsp of butter. I added flour/water mixture until it thickened and added pine nuts at end. It was a nice pasta dish.

Chicken Tikka Masala

i want to make this again without any salt! It was so salty i couldnt eat it. I used 3 tsp in the marinade and none in the sauce, it was still so salty i cant imagine what it would taste like if i followed the recipe. i also used 1 tsp garam masala.

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

I thought it was bland, just like other reviewers, so I took some suggestions and added nutmeg, red pepper flakes, and thyme. This absolutely is necessary and makes this bland dish spectacular! Love the crunchy breadcrumb topping, I used extra sharp cheddar cheese. Will make this again and again.

Creole Tuna

I'm giving this 5 stars because it was the EASIEST recipe I have ever made in my life. It took less time to make the sauce than it did to cook the rice! For busy people, this is a great dish to cook on a week night. I made it exactly as written, except I did not have milk, only heavy whipping cream. So I filled the 1/3 cup partially with the cream and the rest with water. The sauce thickened really quickly, so I used a little more water to get the right consistency. Really nice recipe, thanks!

Lemon and Thyme Lamb Chops

very nice flavor and tender. The only changes I made were how to cook. I didn't want to mess with the grill so I put them on a foil lined cooking sheet, baked at 500 for 10 minutes then dropped to 350 for another 5 or until its no longer red inside. i marinated them for 3 hours. really nice recipe!

awesome salad... will make it again absolutely. I used half green onions, half red onions. used blue cheese crumbled. used store bought glazed pecans to save time. Do NOT skip out on the avocado.
