Champagne Peach Punch
Perfect for brunch. I used schnapps instead of brandy and did not have grenadine. Was sooo good.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
Pretty good. My raspberries got really really soggy though. I would probably leave them out next time.

Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche
Great! I used sourcream instead of mayo and sauteed mushrooms onions and spinach before adding. Also added the extra egg and used green onions. Awesome!
