I was born & raised in Muskogee, Oklahoma until I was 15 years old then I moved to Florida with some close family. I’ve been living here since July 2006.
I started getting interested in cooking about a year ago and now I'm pursuing the culinary industry starting with high school culinary classes.
I'm also into drawing, yoga, pilates, jogging, nutrition, health and wellness, animal activism, light politics, video gaming, photography, and computers.
My favorite things to cook
Brownies, cookies, muffins, my speial chocolate chip cinnamon vanilla pancakes (aka Diabetic's Death pancakes), lemon chicken, fudge
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family doesn't have any. Is that normal?
My cooking tragedies
I tried making “Easy Lasagna” recently and I tried to vary the recipe a little by using ready-to-use lasagna noodles that the box said there was no need to pre-boil them before hand. Halfway through cooking I realized the top noodles were burning. In the end, the result was terrible. The noodles were crunchy and besides that, I put too much parmesan cheese so it came out grainy tasting. A total disaster.
