My name is Amber and I'm 23 years old. I have been married since June 2005 and I have one son. Before getting married I had never cooked ANYTHING! I must say that in two years I have gone from frozen dinners to cooking meals people actually like to eat! My husband is a Pastor and I stay at home with our son so I like to look for new and exciting recipes to whip up! Mexican food BY FAR! I really haven't started any, but now that we live so far away from family I might have to make some of my own. My grandmother still makes a HUGE Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner every year so I look forward to that! I can actually cook! Ummmm...this might sound funny, but mashed potatoes!
